Physical Education

A place where students can improve not only their physical wellbeing, but also sharpen their social and mental/emotional skills along the way.
Marking Period 3:
Recreational Games 
Students engaged in many different games that not only help keep them physical fit, but also challeng their minds to problem solve and cooperate with each other. Ask your child about games like Sand & River, Cat & Mouse, Arena ball, 3-ball, Berzerk, Fox & the Hound, & Flickerball, Shuffleboard, & Capture the Flag.

We have added a new type of fitness test to measure aerobic capacity called the Pacer/BEEP test.
